Your role

• Carry out installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support.
• Understand customer requests and feedback, and communicate them to the Field Service Team Leader.
• Provide regular reports and status updates of activities.
• Work both independently and as part of a team; self-motivated, disciplined, with a customer-sensitive approach.
• Work in areas involving electro-mechanical assembly, fitting, electrical/PLC controls, and electronics.
• Participate actively in improving health, safety, and loss control management systems.

Qualifications and skills needed

• Experience in field service activities is advantageous.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering drawings and schematic layouts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building customer relationships.
• A good understanding of a relevant engineering discipline.
