Field Service Engineer

Overview:

With a global presence our client delivers their innovative fire protection and detection solutions to clients across various industries ensuring safety and compliance with the highest standards.

They are looking to add Field Service Engineers with expertise in a variety of areas including fire alarms, air sampling systems etc. With a current headcount of 6 they are expanding looking to hire 5x Field Service Engineers to cover the Dublin & Surrounding Areas.

Full drivers licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• As a field service engineer you will be responsible for maintaining systems across client sites such as fire alarm systems, air sampling systems etc.
• The field service engineer will be the face of the company when on client sites so customer service skills are key for this role.
• The ideal candidate will be required to carry out scheduled service visits to customer sites to maintain systems in accordance with relevant standards.
• Complete all documentation required. Carry out small installations.
• To participate on the on call rota with the service team & to deal with customer queries out of hours when not on call as the need arises.

Requirements:

• Ideally a qualified electrician - they would be open to maintenance technicians who are looking for a career change.
• Experience in the Industry.
• Hold a full clean driving licence.
• Be a self-starter.
• Experience in meeting clients with excellent communication skills.
