Job Description
- Provide on-site field service support through installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex CMP capital equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME CMP equipment problems
- Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on CMP systems installed at the customer site
- Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
- Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot all hardware and software issues on CMP semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Understand and implement factory issued hardware and software upgrades
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics and P&ID drawings
- Report out to both the onsite customer and local management on a weekly basis detailing system performance and ongoing activities
- Higher Certificate/Apprenticeship (NFQ level 6) in a technical field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HVM environment or an Ordinary Bachelor's Degree (NFQ level 7) in a technical field with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software (PLC) systems
- Must be able to demonstrate effectively and clearly the ability to deliver clear and concise information to both the internal and external customers.
- Eligible to live and work in Ireland.
