As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be visiting customers in their homes across Kilkenny and the surrounding areas and fixing any domestic appliance issues to get them up and running again. Managing your time through the day, you'll keep customers and colleagues updated on your progress and keep on top of the stock levels in your van day by day. We provide City and Guilds-assured in-house training that has been designed to get you ready to deliver brilliant service to our customers.What We're Looking ForExperience as a White Goods Engineer is highly advantageous but not essentialStrong technical or engineering aptitude, with experience of electrical or mechanical fault finding and diagnosticsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently, be organised, and manage your timeFull, valid UK driving licenceThe ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision are considered central requirements.
