What you'll do

Being a Field Service Engineer means more than maintaining Costa Express equipment. It's about solving problems, being accountable, and proactively managing your area:

• Diagnosing faults to repair or replace equipment
• Communicating issues and solutions effectively
• Providing excellent customer service to partners

Who you are

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience using service equipment in electrical or mechanical engineering roles
• Efficiency in keeping equipment operational
• Calm, personable demeanor under pressure

Our training

We invest in our talent! Our City & Guilds Assured training programme helps you reach your potential. You'll undergo technical training tailored to our fleet, including:

• Observation with experienced engineers
• Hands-on field experience
• Technical training at our Loudwater Academy
• Support from field champions and digital platforms

Our training meets global standards and emphasizes continuous improvement, safety, and technical proficiency.

Working pattern: 37.5 hours/week, 1 in 4 weekends.
