Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 + Door-to-Door Overtime + Company Van & Equipment

Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Vending Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending industry. This is a field-based role covering Birmingham, ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.

About the Role

As a Vending Engineer, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown support of a range of vending machines installed across commercial sites. You'll be the face of the company, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

Key Details

• Shifts: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
• Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 + Door-to-Door Overtime
• Travel: Fully field-based with company van provided
• Equipment: Company tools and equipment provided

Responsibilities

As a Vending Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending machines, snack/cold drinks machines and coffee machines.
• Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on- site.
• Accurately report and document each job, including arrival, departure and customer confirmation.
• Manage van stock and tools, including ordering, receipting and returning parts.
• Provide professional customer service while representing the company on- site.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Vending Engineer with:

• Previous experience repairing vending machines.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong fault-finding and technical skills.
• The ability to work independently while managing a busy field-based schedule.
