Location

• Based within the M4/M40 area - London
• Birmingham
• Bristol Triangle

Reporting

Reports to Field Service Manager.

Requirements

• Electrical engineering experience in the print industry.
• Recognised Engineering qualification: NVQ, City & Guilds or BTEC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for multiple ongoing complex projects.
• Install, configure, demonstrate and train customers and internal staff on the entire Press product range, configuring all solutions to meet customers' requirements.
• Liaise technically and advise Marketing, SSG's, Service and Head Office staff.
• Provide consultative support for sales and advise customers where requested.
• Investigate and analyse complaints and liaise where necessary with other business units.
