We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to join our team, to manage our territory in the west coast of Ireland (Galway, Mayo and Clare) in a fast moving consumer healthcare space. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working with pharmacy partners and influencing purchasing decisions at the point of sale. About the Role In this field based role, you will be responsible for delivering sales cycle targets across value, volume, distribution and visibility. You will play a key part in ensuring our market leading OTC products stand out in stores, are always available for customers and are recommended with confidence by pharmacy teams.This role suits someone who is commercially focused, confident in building rapport and keen to develop a career within the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities • Deliver sales objectives across value, volume and product distribution • Maximise in store promotional activity to disrupt the shopper journey • Ensure stores carry the right stock levels to guarantee product availability • Execute category and display solutions that create standout on shelf • Educate pharmacy counter assistants and pharmacists on product features and benefits • Build and maintain an efficient journey plan to maximise daily call rate, selling calls and order generation • Complete all admin tasks accurately and on time, including CRM updates and reporting • Maintain regular communication with your line manager and sales support team • Record all field activity daily and identify opportunities to grow sales across your territory • Carry out additional tasks as required to support the wider sales function Skills and Experience • Experience selling to pharmacy accounts is preferred • Familiarity with CRM systems in day to day work is desirable • Knowledge of the OTC or wider FMCG industry is advantageous Required Skills • Confident communicator able to explain product features and benefits clearly • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review performance and meet KPI targets • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan productive field routes • Ability to use CRM data for sales analysis and commercial recommendations • Keeps up to date with industry trends to anticipate challenges and objections Qualifications • Good general education including Maths and English What We Offer • Enhanced Pension scheme • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Healthcare plan • Company car • Mobile phone and tablet provided • Additional benefits that support your wellbeing and development What We Are Looking For We welcome applications from people who are: • Driven by results and motivated by achieving targets • Curious, with a willingness to learn about products and the industry • Organised and adaptable in a fast paced environment • Comfortable working independently and building relationships in store • Passionate about creating an excellent customer experience Why Join Us You will be part of a supportive team that values fresh thinking, collaboration and personal development.
