£30,000 - £35,000 basic + Commission (OTE approx £10K per year)
Portsmouth / 100 mile radius Full Time 08:30-17:00

Looking for a role you can truly make your own? This growing technical services business is expanding and creating a brand new Field Sales position - perfect for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the chance to build something from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Generating your own leads and booking appointments
• Attending client meetings with the Technical Director for support on technical detail
• Re engaging lapsed clients and identifying fresh opportunities
• Selling across multiple specialist divisions including Fire Alarms, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Cabling
• Focusing on B2B new business in new builds, industrial environments and facilities management
• Working to agreed KPIs and targets (structure TBC)
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to the leadership team

What we're looking for

Someone confident, driven, and naturally self motivated. You'll be speaking with builders, contractors and industrial clients - so resilience, commercial awareness, and the ability to hold your own are key. You'll need to be comfortable cold calling and visiting sites to spark new relationships.
