Overview

Closing Role, 3 Appointments Per Day, Warm Leads

We're recruiting an experienced Closing Business Development Manager for a fast-growing telecoms provider delivering cloud phone systems, connectivity, mobile, and IT solutions to UK businesses.

This is a true closer role. No cold prospecting. You'll attend 3 pre-qualified appointments per day, closing new business and maximising revenue from a strong inbound and telesales-led pipeline.

The Role
  • Attend 3 scheduled sales appointments per day (field-based / hybrid)
  • Close new business across telecoms and connectivity solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to signed contract
  • Accurately forecast and consistently exceed targets
  • Work closely with pre-sales, sales support, and delivery teams
What We're Looking For
  • Proven telecoms BDM / closer with a strong conversion rate
  • Confident presenting and negotiating at decision-maker level
  • Target-driven, commercially sharp, and motivated by uncapped OTE
  • Experience closing cloud voice, broadband, mobile, or IT solutions
What's On Offer
  • £40,000-£50,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission / OTE
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Strong appointment flow (3 per day)
