Brand Activation Manager

Area - South Coast (Bournemouth)

THE ROLE OF BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER:

Due to the phenomenal growth that Phoenix 2 Retail have achieved there is now an exciting, new opportunity to join this dynamic business as a Brand Activation Manager! In this role you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners oral nicotine products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within the independent convenience and wholesale channel. You will do this by

Researching and identifying prospective new distribution points through varied lead generation tactics

Building and nurturing close working relationships with independent retailers to drive sales of oral nicotine products

Driving business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches and closing deals

Ensuring high levels of customer service

Managing your time and territory planning effectively to maximise productivity

Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

A full driving license

Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions - this could be either internal or field sales experience.

Keen to work in a fast paced, start-up environment

Great team player with an outgoing personality

Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity

Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)

WHAT WE OFFER:

Base Salary up to: £28'000

Commission: OTE is another £4'200 on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas
