Field Sales Executive - South

We're looking for someone with hands on industry experience and a passion for customer service - someone who's ready to take the next step into a commercially focused role.

Home based with regular travel throughout the south of the UK.

Home based - travel across Southern England - company car - bonus.

Ideal base: Lincolnshire, Suffolk, or Cambridgeshire.

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll help drive crop cover sales across the South of the UK, building relationships with growers and identifying new opportunities. You don't need to be a seasoned sales pro - just someone who knows the industry, enjoys working with customers, and is keen to develop their sales skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and growing relationships with existing customers
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Collaborating with our agronomists to expand reach and maximise relationships
• Gathering market insights and spotting product trends
• Trade shows and industry events

What We're Looking For

• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or crop production
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn sales techniques
• Reliable, detail oriented, and confident communicator
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
