Field Sales Executive - Industrial Sales

NPP are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join NPP's commercial sales team.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious sales professional interested in driving sales growth in an assigned geographical area.

The role will focus on customers in the industrial sector managing long standing customer relationships whilst simultaneously identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Budgeting - Develop, implement, and deliver an annual sales budget for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.

Account Management - Manage a diverse customer portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Pipeline & Project Management - Maintain and monitor a robust pipeline of work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Product Trials & Onboarding - Coordinate product trials and sample deliveries to support customer onboarding and new product adoption.

Customer Engagement & Field Activity - Conduct regular courtesy visits and maintain strong client relationships while developing new ones.

New Business Development - Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Pricing & Purchasing Collaboration - Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure competitive pricing and cost efficiency.

Supplier Relationship Management - Engage with suppliers to maintain product quality, availability, and service standards.

Inventory Control - Monitor and manage stock levels to meet customer demand and efficient operational levels.

Order Processing & Internal Coordination - Liaise with internal support teams to ensure accurate and timely order entry and fulfilment.
