Field Operations & Staffing Coordinator

Almond Care Ltd. in the Midlands is seeking a Service Coordinator, On the Road, to coordinate all Support teams, ensuring that staffing is safe and that the people we support receive appropriate care across services.

You will manage rostering, training and development, supervisions, and administrative tasks, working with senior management to plan cover, support recruitment, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
