Job Description
Juice Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established business on the outskirts of Bath. You will act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling a range of queries including new jobs, callouts and maintenance.
The role requires strong organisation, proactive problem-solving and the ability to coordinate engineers' workloads to meet SLAs. Own transport is essential; on-site parking is available, and the salary ranges from £28,000 to £31,000
