What you'll do
  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns to new and existing customers, with a focus on attracting and engaging new business prospects, nurturing leads, and optimising conversion pathways.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales leaders whilst using a data driven and collaborative mindset to develop strategy and take a performance-based approach.
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions (e.g., digital, content, creative) to ensure alignment of demand generation activities, including ownership of campaign calendars.
  • Ensure Business Development Representative (BDR) team alignment for all demand campaigns (inbound and outbound) including lead management.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimise scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management, including tracking lead lifecycle and conversion rates throughout the pipeline.
  • Define activity success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities, informing ongoing optimisation to meet targets.
  • Manage agency, supplier relationships and budgets.
  • Ensure full utilisation of the company's Martech stack to support demand generation activities.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years' experience coordinating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and more.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation programmes with a proven track record of owning campaigns, generating high quality leads, and driving pipeline growth.
  • Experience creating and executing successful B2B integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience working with sales leaders, sales teams, and BDRs to drive leads (direct and indirect channels).
  • Experience developing and implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies including segmentation, targeting and personalised communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a focus on metrics, measurement and optimisation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience negotiating with and managing suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy.
  • Ability to drive results through decision-making, marketing strategy and project management while aligning with NAVEX's core values.
