Field Incident Responder: Water Supply & Public Support

Thames Water in Reading is seeking a hands-on Customer Incident Responder to support field operations during service disruptions. You will respond to incidents, assist vulnerable customers, and set up bottled water stations across the Thames Water region to keep residents informed and supplied.

This full-time role involves developing site-specific contingency plans for hospitals, schools, and prisons, driving a company van, and coordinating on-site teams.
