Field Engineering Lead, UAE - Data & AI Solutions

Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead a UAE facing team of pre sales solutions architects and engineers. You will coach sales and pre sales teams, communicate complex, value driven solutions, and influence large enterprise accounts across the UAE market.

You will hire and mentor the UAE team, promote a customer obsessed, collaborative culture and drive ROI of field engineering in complex sales cycles. Strong leadership and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English are essential.
