What will you be doing?

• Deliver on-board installation, configuration, and repair services for cutting-edge antenna systems.
• Support and guide dealers with technical queries and vessel visits.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and ensure high-performance product operations.
• Maintain precise case tracking and reporting via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with other teams on product demos, recommendations, training, and documentation.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven Maritime/Satcom experience.
• Confident with RF technologies and robust IT network troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical abilities and comfortable working at heights or industrial sites.
• Excellent communicator in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands, driving license, and flexible to travel globally at short notice.
