Field Debt Solutions Advisor

We're looking for a Field Support Agent to join our Field Debt Solutions team. You'll help customers resolve their debts, support future payments, and find ways to reduce energy consumption while visiting TF or CW postcodes.

No two visits are the same and you'll work with independence in a flexible, supportive environment. The role starts at £32,535 rising to £34,957 after training, with a broad benefits package, a monthly broadband allowance, and the potential for overtime and progression.
