Field Debt & Revenue Protection Investigator

The Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer role with Centrica plc is field-based, covering Bristol. You will visit customer premises to investigate debt, welfare concerns, suspected energy theft and metering irregularities, and support sustainable resolutions.

You will assess each customer's circumstances, identify vulnerabilities, discuss payment options and where appropriate safe metering actions, while ensuring safety, compliance and customer care throughout the process.
