Field Collections Agent Home Visits & Bonuses

Orbit Credit Services is looking for a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes in Sunderland and surrounding area, helping them find a path forward with their finances. You will offer empathy, guidance and practical solutions that make a real difference.

You will need a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and be comfortable working independently outdoors. You will use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update accounts and discuss payment options.
