You'll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.Your key responsibilities:Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment optionsHandle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients. This will include reconnection visitsAccept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client servicesEducate customers about the potential consequences of non-paymentUse an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real timeWorking HoursWe offer a 40-hour workweek with a supportive approach to work-life balance.
