You'll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.Your key responsibilities:Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment optionsHandle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients. This will include reconnection visitsAccept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client servicesEducate customers about the potential consequences of non-paymentUse an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real timeCandidates who have previously been successful in this role have come from a background in Sales, Military or Police.Working HoursWe offer a 40-hour work week with a supportive approach to work-life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window:40 hours per week required, operating hours are Monday-Friday visiting between 8am-8pm Saturday 9am-1pm10 of your 40 hours must be worked during prime hours.
