Field Care Supervisor: Hands-On Community Leader

Care In My Home is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee domiciliary services in Epping and surrounding areas. The role combines hands-on care with staff supervision, requiring extensive time in the community and participation in an on-call rota.

You will deliver personal care, complete care calls, assess new clients, supervise staff, manage rotas, escalate concerns, and maintain records while coordinating with clients and professionals.
