Job Description
Experienced Field Care Supervisor required to oversee care delivery, conduct assessments, and support care staff across Hampshire. Excellent leadership and communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise care delivery in the field
- Conduct care assessments and reviews
- Support and mentor care staff
- Ensure CQC compliance
- Previous supervisory experience in care
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of CQC regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- £25-28k per annum
- Company car or mileage allowance
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
