Job Description

McCarthy Stone Ltd is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to lead personal care and lifestyle services across Sheffield, Huddersfield and Leeds. You will oversee Mobile Care Assistants, ensure CQC compliance, and develop personalised care plans that support residents' independence.

The role requires supervisory care experience, a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (Level 3 preferred), and the ability to work across a multi-disciplinary team with flexible, occasional weekend shifts.
