Field Care Manager - Lead & Develop Care Teams

Prestige Nursing & Care Northampton is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead a team of Professional Carers. The role is office-based with field work, a Monday-Friday schedule, and on-call commitments. A driving licence and access to a car are required to fulfil duties.

You will ensure safe delivery of care, develop care plans, supervise staff, and contribute to quality assurance while coordinating with the Care Planner and Branch Manager. Salary £25,000 £26,000 depending on experience.
