Field-Based Resident Liaison & Community Engagement Officer

London Borough of Havering is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a 12-month fixed-term/secondment position. The role is field-based and focuses on communicating planned works to residents, leaseholders and partners. It requires strong customer service, coordination of consultations, and driving to sites and homes across the borough.

The post offers a Grade 6 salary (£39,276-£42,771 per annum) and temporary maternity cover. Evening/weekend meetings may be required and DBS checks may apply.
