Field-based Recovery Worker - Caseload & Community Reintegration

The NHS is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker to join Inclusion Recovery Hampshire in Havant. In this full-time role, you will manage your own caseload and deliver person-centred care throughout each service user's journey. This includes assessments, care planning, and facilitating group work interventions.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure thorough documentation and embrace a recovery-focused approach. Accredited qualifications in drug and alcohol practices are preferred, alongside strong communicative skills.
