Job Description

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) seeks two Neighbourhood Housing Officers to support increased workload and backlogs across Corby and Kettering.

The role includes estate inspections, tenancy management, rent arrears collection, tenant sign-ups and property viewings, plus general neighbourhood housing duties. Work pattern is 5 days onsite with 2 days in Corby and 3 days in Kettering, approximately 60% field-based.
