Field-Based Management Trainer: Lead & Elevate Hospitality Teams

Hickory's Smokehouse is recruiting a Support Management Trainer to deliver hands-on management development across our restaurant network. You'll coach and support managers on the floor, embedding training into day-to-day operations while working evenings and weekends in a field-based, restaurant-focused role.

You will help onboard new managers, deliver structured sessions, and contribute to MIT programme delivery, ensuring consistency in approach and strong guest experiences across all sites.
