Field-Based Housing & Welfare Officer

Mears Group is seeking a Resident Welfare Officer to support vulnerable individuals in a field-based role across Birkenhead/Liverpool. The post combines admin, practical tasks and pastoral support to help service users secure interim housing and move towards settled accommodation.

You will manage diaries, carry out property inspections, raise repair orders, conduct regular visits, coordinate referrals and access local services while maintaining safeguarding at the core of service delivery.
