Field-Based Hospitality Management Trainer Lead & Coach

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Support Management Trainer to deliver and embed management development across a region of restaurants. You will work with the Regional Management Trainer to ensure consistent training, coaching and progression, spending most time in restaurants, including evenings and weekends.

This field-based role offers a generous package of up to £36,000 per year plus a car allowance contribution and access to our Hickory's Training Academy for ongoing development.
