Field-Based Homelessness Support Worker

The Caerphilly Homelessness Support service by Codi Group is recruiting a dedicated Housing Support Worker to assist people in temporary, supported accommodation. You'll work out in the community most of the time, delivering practical help and connecting clients with housing options and external services to enable independent living.
