Field-Based Health & Safety Partner (South West & S. Wales)

Halfords is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to cover a patch across Southwest England and South Wales, supporting a strong health and safety culture across Halfords Garages, Retail and Mobile Experts. You will monitor progress, identify improvements, and empower colleagues to take ownership of safety.

You will travel regularly to sites, liaising with directors and managers, delivering training, and driving adherence to PUWER and LOLER. A full UK driving licence is essential.
