Fibre Surveyor OCU Utilities Borehamwood

Throughout 2025, OCU Group has been experiencing a sustained period of growth. Due to this and our continued work winning success, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Fibre Surveyorto join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will carry out audits to make sure health and safety and quality are at the forefront of focus
• Manage KPIs across the teams to drive delivery across the build requirements
• Ensure build quality is maintained & improved
• Feedback and improve the quality of build to the fibre engineers & fibre manager
• Assisting the fibre engineers with any onsite issues

Skills and Experience

• Experienced fibre auditor with good knowledge of the fibre build
• Excellent knowledge of PIA Network Build
• Full manual UK driving licence
• Good time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
