Festive Retail Coordinator - Christmas Temp

Maybourne Hotel Group in London is seeking a Retail Coordinator for the Christmas period to handle customer queries via email, manage orders, returns, exchanges and product knowledge requests across eCommerce and hotel properties.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office; retail or eCommerce experience is preferred but not essential.
