Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the restaurant and interact with customers to ensure a welcoming experience in the customer areas.
• Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers' specific needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and contribute to a smooth operation.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Effective communication: attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
• Must be aged 18+ to apply, as the job availability requires you to work past midnight.
