Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with a highly regarded fertility clinic in South Dublin to recruit a Registered Nurse or Midwife with a genuine interest in developing their career within fertility and assisted reproduction.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, patient focused clinic where you will play a key role in supporting individuals and couples throughout their fertility journey. You will work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional clinical care alongside compassionate emotional support.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial patient assessments and consultations
• Monitoring fertility treatment cycles and documenting clinical progress
• Preparing patients for procedures and coordinating treatment schedules
• Delivering patient education and ongoing clinical and emotional support
• Collaborating closely with consultants, embryologists, and the wider clinical team
• Ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, care, and confidentiality

Candidate Requirements

• Active registration with the NMBI as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
• 6 months+ post registration experience
• A demonstrable passion for fertility, women's health, or IVF services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Phlebotomy skills (essential)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
