We are looking for passionate and caring Female Support Workers to join our teams in Stowmarket, supporting adults with:

• Autism/Communication difficulties
• Learning/Physical disabilities
• Behaviours that challenge
• Epilepsy

We would expect full flexibility for our shifts which include 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, waking nights and sleep ins (10pm-7am/8am)

Every day is different, but your role will include:

• Supporting people to live independently and enjoy everyday activities
• Encouraging social connections with family, friends, and the local community
• Helping with finances, household tasks, and shopping
• Providing respectful, person-centred personal care
