Overview

Position: Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancing Department

Location: Bradford

Responsible to: Partner in Charge

Hours: 37.5 hours

Salary: £ Competitive salary - negotiable, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities
  • Work within the conveyancing team in the Bradford office across all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.
  • Manage your own high-volume caseload and work cohesively within a team, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of SOS or other case management systems to prepare and process letters and forms correctly (desirable).
  • Generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client management skills.
  • Possess over 3 years of technical experience within residential conveyancing and be proactive in approaching the local market to develop new business for the Firm.
Qualifications
  • Confident in handling a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Proven ability to work with minimum supervision and within a team.
  • Desirable: working knowledge of SOS or other case management systems.
  • Strong client management skills and a track record of business development.
  • 3+ years' technical experience within residential conveyancing.
