Fashion Department Manager Limerick The Role

As Department Manager, you will take ownership of your department, leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing commercial plans to maximise results, while also developing and supporting your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability within your department
• Deliver a strong customer experience through high standards on the shop floor
• Analyse performance and implement actions to improve results
• Lead, coach and develop your team, supporting succession planning
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
• Ensure strong visual merchandising and commercial standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock, admin and store routines
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient store environment

About You

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong understanding of KPIs, budgets and performance management
• Passion for people management, coaching and team development
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Commercially aware with an interest in trends and competitors
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Motivated, hands on and solution-focused
