Farm Operator: Arable & Livestock on Family Farm

4xtrahands is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable person to join the family farm in North Yorkshire. The role covers arable and sheep enterprises, with a varied, long-term schedule, 39-hour week, and potential weekend work. You'll drive farm machinery, assist lambing, and support cattle care in a busy family environment.

The package includes accommodation on site by negotiation, 29 days holiday, and 1.5x overtime. We value honesty, conscientiousness and teamwork, with references required.
