Brocklesby Farms is the in-hand farming business within the Brocklesby Estate. Spanning across the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, we are looking for an exceptional Farm Operations Manager to help drive its 4,800ha farming business forward.

With a diverse operation, a highly skilled team, modern machinery and exciting plans for future expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on real responsibility and shape the future of a progressive farming business.

What's the role?

As Farm Operations Manager you will be reporting to the Farms Director and overseeing day-to-day farm operations.

This includes responsibility for delivering the diverse and complex operations across the 4800ha agri-business, with additional activities in forestry, development sites and the wider estate.

You will be part of an elite team, leading very high calibre arable operators who each have specific expertise and dedicated machines.

Your role will span operational planning, team leadership, contractor management, machinery and safety, budgeting, purchasing and exploring new technologies to improve how the business operates.

What are we looking for?

An organised, hands-on agricultural professional with a passion for farming, excellent people skills and confidence using modern farm technology.

You'll be a natural problem-solver who can make decisions independently, stay calm under pressure and lead by example.

The successful candidate will be expected to have the confidence and experience to make most operational decisions

independently.

This role is 'at the coal face' so will be based in an office, in the principal yard and extensively from a farm truck.
