We are seeking a Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of our agricultural operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the farm, including crop production, livestock management, and equipment maintenance. Duties also include budget management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
