Farm Manager

DK Connemara Oysters is a progressive and expanding oyster farm based in Ballinakill Bay, Letterfrack, Ireland. We grow, harvest, prepare and dispatch restaurant ready Oysters for retail and wholesale in Ireland, the UK and the Far East. We also host popular and informative Oyster Farm Tours & Tastings throughout the year.

The appointee will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the oyster farm.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the aquaculture sector
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including farm staff, contractors, management and visiting groups
• Managing farm staff and resources in a fluctuating environment
• Computer skills
• Good English, spoken and written
• Driving Licence Essential
