Farm & Environment Supervisor: Lead & Mentor on 66ha Estate

Bridgend College is seeking an Agriculture and Environment Supervisor to manage farm operations in Pencoed. The ideal candidate will have experience in agricultural land, machinery, and livestock management.

This role includes overseeing staff and mentoring students in a hands-on learning environment. A Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture is essential.
