Working closely with cross-functional marketing teams, you'll design, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that put fans at the centre of our brand experience.Main Responsibilities of the role: Lead fan acquisition across paid and organic digital channels, planning and optimising campaigns to deliver strong ROI and audience growth. Manage the acquisition budget and collaborate with creative, brand, communications, social, CRM, and content teams to deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns. Build strong relationships with Partnerships, Commercial, Web & CRM teams to leverage partner products and maximise monetisation of owned platforms. Use data and insights to refine strategy, improve fan lifetime value, and drive smarter, data-led decision making. Line manage a direct report, overseeing delivery of Paid Media strategy across multiple marketing verticals.Essential attributes for success: Creative, commercially minded, and collaborative with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication, and proven ability to manage agencies, stakeholders, and teams. Proven experience in growth and campaign strategy across digital and traditional channels, with expertise in audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion tracking. Proven track record of delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets and ROI, and developing innovative concepts that engage fans and add value for partners. Whilst race travel is not part of the role, it is expected for the candidate to be comfortable with a flexible working schedule and occasional international travel where opportunities linked to campaign delivery arise.
