Family Worker: Flexible Early Intervention for Families

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Family Worker for the Early Intervention Youth and Community Team in Swindon. The role focuses on whole-family approaches, assessment, and coordinating support to achieve outcomes for children and families.

You will liaise with families, partners and co-ordinate plans, with opportunities to deliver parenting programmes and contribute to reduced need for external involvement. DBS enhanced is required and travel across the Borough is expected.
